With everything from mountain ranges, to pacific coastlines, to deserts and coral reefs, each region of Mexico has much to offer. There are distinct differences in each region, including dialect and cuisine. As the home of the ancient Mayans, Mexico is a treasure trove of historical and World Heritage sites, including Chichen Itza and Calakmul. There are many cultural festivals throughout the year, such as the Cervantino festival, which celebrates the performing arts. The people you’ll meet will be warm and welcoming, willing to share their lives with you, and you will quickly become a part of the family.
