WE Online Training

World Experience provides complete online training to help you in the basic responsibilities of recruiting host families for students and in supervising students and families.

World Experience gives you the opportunity to complete your training online to save your time while keeping all materials up-to-date for easy reference. You will find the training materials conveniently arranged from the initial steps of contacting schools and recruiting families to the end of the year and seeing students off to return home. In addition to the online training all required forms may be accessed online. Of course, there is always a friendly voice at WE headquarters 24/7 to talk with when you need it.

Live Support

World Experience attempts to have a live person to respond to emergency calls. WE does have an ordinary answering machine for out of hours calls that we respond to promptly. We request that you restrict late night and weekend calls to only those that require immediate attention. WE is on California (Pacific) time.

Travel Abroad to See Friends

A major "perk" for being a World Experience Coordinator is the opportunity to visit the new friends you have made in their home country. As a coordinator and friend to exchange students from around the world you will receive many invitations to visit them in their home country. The experience of a local friend showing you their home from the inside out it is very different from a tour guide showing it to you from the outside in. This is an opportunity to truly become a "Citizen of the World."
